PARK PLAZA APARTMENTS

Two bedroom apartments range in size from approximately 1,073 sq.ft. to 1,371 sq. ft. and are available on all six floors. Large sliding doors lead to your private balcony, or a patio for first floor units. The larger two bedroom apartments are corner units and some of these have two balconies. In addition, some of the two bedrooms are equipped with washer/dryer hookups and/or a fireplace. Large kitchens include plenty of storage, and a dishwasher. Each apartment has a full bath in the hall and a master bath off the master bedroom. Our building entry doors are always locked for security. The inside carpeted hallways are well lit at all hours of the day and night. All apartment doors are located on an inside hallway, with a key tag required to enter the building. Monthly rental rates range from $1,350 to $1,940. Rental rates vary based on the apartment size and location, with apartments on the first floor being the least expensive.
